We are excited to present our proposal for the Kasane 4x4 and Camping Jamboree, an annual outdoor adventure event held every November in the picturesque town of Kasane, northern Botswana.

We are thrilled to present a comprehensive proposal for the Kasane 4x4 and Camping Jamboree, an exhilarating outdoor adventure event set to take place in the picturesque tourist town of Kasane every first week of November annually, nestled in the northern part of Botswana.

This event aims to bring together 4x4 enthusiasts from Botswana and neighbouring southern African countries, including Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Namibia, for a thrilling 4x4 adventure combined with camping and outdoor displays. The event will feature a wide array of activities, including gravel drag races, 4x4 obstacle courses, hill and rock climbing, and much more.

Participants: Approximately 1,000 people, with around 200 4x4 vehicles from various countries
